Interactive addressable high
performance optical smoke sensor
provides efficient reliable detection using
the light scatter sensing principle with
rapid response to a fire signal.
The intelligent sensor data is evaluated by
the Protec Algo-TecTM 6000 interactive
programmable algorithms, designed to
give maximum sensitivity to smoke
detection, with high resistance to false
alarms due to high air velocity, insects,
dust and R.F. interference.
Providing early warning of a fire condition
particularly for slow burning fires, the
6000/OP is an ideal general purpose
smoke sensor for offices, shops, corridors,
factories, warehouses and computer
rooms.

Interactive Addressable High
Performance Optical Smoke and Heat
Multi-Sensor.
The dual technology multi-criteria fire
detector uses detection of smoke by
scattering of infra-red within the optical
chamber coupled with thermal
enhancement of the optical sensitivity, as
well as providing temperature detection
equivalent to grade A2. The smoke and
heat channels can be controlled
independently for day/night operation with
intelligent data being evaluated by the
Protec Algo-Tec™ 6000 interactive
programmable algorithms.
These sensors react across the range of
fire products from large visible particles
from smouldering fires to open flaming
fires producing very hot smaller particles
and are therefore suitable for use in all
smoke detection applications. The
environmental conditioning algorithms
can be selected to filter unwanted alarms
and enhance performance.

Interactive Addressable
Ionisation Smoke Sensor utilises the dual
chamber, single source principal to
provide optimum response to visible and
invisible smoke particles.
The intelligent sensor data is evaluated by
the Protec Algo-Tec™ 6000 interactive
programmable algorithms. The chamber
design inhibits false alarms by providing
strong immunity to high air velocities,
contamination and R.F. interference.
Particularly responsive to clean burning
fires, the 6000/ION is suitable for high risk
areas, solvent stores, rapid fire growth
areas and computer rooms. |

Interactive Addressable Temperature
sensor with low thermal mass thermistor,
giving fast response to temperature
increases.
The intelligent sensor data is evaluated by
the Protec Algo-Tec™ 6000 interactive
programmable algorithms.
Suitable for applications where smoke
detection is unsuitable but require a high
sensitivity heat detector, boiler rooms,
kitchens, laundries and ventilated areas. |

Interactive Addressable High
Performance Heat and Carbon Monoxide
Multi-Sensor.
A major enhancement to single channel
carbon monoxide fire detectors. Generally
these have limited fire detection
performance in free burning fires. The
6000/HTCO helps overcome this problem
with the addition of thermal enhancement
to the CO channel, dramatically improving
the detection performance, when
compared to a single CO channel detector. |

Interactive Addressable
High Performance Optical Smoke, Heat
and Carbon Monoxide Multi-Sensor.
The ultimate in multi-sensor technology,
providing a formidable weapon in the
persuit of reliable fire detection and the
avoidance of unwanted or false alarms.
The sensor provides total confidence that
when initiated, there really is a fire threat. |
|
The Protec Algo-Tec™ 6000 interactive
fire sensors are interchangeable with a
variety of base options, including isolator
bases, high efficiency sounder bases and
combined sounder beacon bases.
