Systems commissioned by Protec benefit from an on site warranty. Generally, we will carry out the first investigative call free of charge. Through the in-house design and development of our own software and hardware, we have a thorough understanding of the more detailed operational characteristics of today’s systems. This knowledge, coupled with the latest specialist, diagnostic equipment, enables Protec Engineers to accurately diagnose almost any fault; even to the extent of pinpointing the unexplained fault to external equipment.
