Sales Ledger Administrator - Part Time (3 days per week)

Based in the Sales Ledger Department and working within a busy team of 13, the ideal candidate will primarily focus on Order Processing. In addition to this, they will also assist with various other departmental administrative tasks, including but not limited to, the processing and management of query resolutions and account applications. This is a part time position, 3 days a week which will be Wednesday to Friday. 7.5 hours per day and 22.5 hours per week.

Typical Responsibilties

  • Main responsibility will be to assist the order processing team to ensure all orders are processed via our in-house PHP order system in a timely manner, whilst meeting all the established KPI’s.
  • To assist in the processing and monitoring of all companywide invoice queries, including actively pursuing timely resolutions with the relevant departments or personnel.
  • To assist the processing of Account Application forms and updating existing client accounts, thereby ensuring adherence to our company policies.
  • To become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal personnel and external customers.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.
