Bid Executive
As part of the Bosch Group of Companies, at Protec Fire and Security Group, due to recent success within the Bid Team, we are recruiting for a Bid Executive who will work closely with the Bid Manager and departmental colleagues, advising on best practices throughout all stages of the bid process.

Typical Responsibilties
- Management of OJEU portals/clarifications/extracting and reviewing Bid documents with good attention to detail
- Production of Bid plans/reports/analysis of bid activity to inform business decisions.
- Assisting Bid Manager with proofing/content writing when required
- Pipeline Management
- Relationship building with Private/Public sector clients.
- Input to Bid strategy alongside Bid Manager- key themes and pricing.
- Completion of pre-qualification/onboarding stages
- Assisting with costing bids when required
- Bid library Management- updates on case studies/references/bid content/policies.
- Framework/Dynamic Purchasing Systems Management and growth.
- Delivering customer presentations for Bid interviews when required
- Helping to build positive relations between the Bid Team and functions based at Nelson and the Regional Offices, leading by example.
- Assisting in handover to operations upon successful award of tender
- Managing account/commercial queries and forming relationships with internal departments with the business.
