Bid Executive

As part of the Bosch Group of Companies, at Protec Fire and Security Group, due to recent success within the Bid Team, we are recruiting for a Bid Executive who will work closely with the Bid Manager and departmental colleagues, advising on best practices throughout all stages of the bid process.

Typical Responsibilties

  • Management of OJEU portals/clarifications/extracting and reviewing Bid documents with good attention to detail
  • Production of Bid plans/reports/analysis of bid activity to inform business decisions.
  • Assisting Bid Manager with proofing/content writing when required
  • Pipeline Management
  • Relationship building with Private/Public sector clients.
  • Input to Bid strategy alongside Bid Manager- key themes and pricing.
  • Completion of pre-qualification/onboarding stages
  • Assisting with costing bids when required
  • Bid library Management- updates on case studies/references/bid content/policies.
  • Framework/Dynamic Purchasing Systems Management and growth.
  • Delivering customer presentations for Bid interviews when required
  • Helping to build positive relations between the Bid Team and functions based at Nelson and the Regional Offices, leading by example.
  • Assisting in handover to operations upon successful award of tender
  • Managing account/commercial queries and forming relationships with internal departments with the business.
