Administrative Support Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and organised Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in administration and fleet support while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will support key business functions, assist with various tasks, and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.

Typical Responsibilties

  • Event Coordination: Supporting the organization of events, including arranging buffets and preparing necessary resources.
  • Diary Management: Assisting in managing and scheduling director diaries to ensure efficient use of their time.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking hotels and coordinating travel plans as required.
  • Purchasing Support: Procuring items or materials requested by the team or directors.
  • Fleet Management: Assisting with fleet-related tasks such as organizing vehicle MOTs, preparing documents, and supporting fleet correspondence i.e fines processing
  • Report Preparation: Compiling and drafting reports as directed.
  • Training Support: Providing assistance with training sessions, particularly during holidays or peak periods.
  • General Administrative Support: Handling letters, documents, and other ad hoc tasks to support the team.
