Part Time Switchboard Operator

To fulfil a key organisational role by providing an efficient and friendly response to our clients and prospective customers when they call our main switchboard. To effectively communicate and direct calls to the relevant departments in an efficient and professional manner.

Typical Responsibilties

  • To answer the main switch board in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Greet customer and visitors in a professional manner and ensuring they are aware of signing in and company procedure whilst on site.
  • Tannoy announcements
  • Dealing with incoming emails to distribute as appropriate.
