Trainee Site Based Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Based on a major client site, you will provide assistance to an experienced Service Engineer carrying out regular servicing, reactive maintenance and commissioning of our clients’ Fire detection, Emergency lighting and associated systems along with completing and submitting all relevant documentation. You will learn and develop the necessary skills to become a trained Service Engineer.

Typical Responsibilties
Full Training will be provided and responsibilities will include:
- To work with and under instruction from Service Engineers, complying with work instructions, company policies and Health and Safety procedures.
- To develop a working knowledge of simple circuits and measuring devices and an understanding and respect of electrical circuits as well as undertaking training courses where necessary.
- To act as a Company Ambassador. You must be smart in appearance, pleasant in attitude and capable of communicating diplomatically to strengthen customer relationships.
- To work closely with and learn from Service Engineers, carrying out reasonable instructions.
- Ensuring a clean working environment as well as respecting our clients’ premises at all times.
- Maintain an accurate and high standard of Customer, Company and Personal paperwork.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
