Fire Suppression, which is used to suppress or prevent the spread of fire in a building using a combination of gases, chemical or Inert systems appropriate to the risk.

Re-certification, Protec Camerfield specialise in Cylinder Re-certification abiding by FIA guidelines. After years in the field, all fire suppression cylinders whether FM-200, NOVEC 1230, Inert gas and even CO2 must be hydrostatically tested according to the pressure equipment regulations 1999.

Room Integrity Testing predicts how long fire suppressant agents take to descend without having to discharge the actual suppression system. We provide testing for pre-existing installations and free Integrity Tests are included in all our new installation projects.

Protec Camerfield is a fully licenced LPCB 1204 installer ensuring the highest quality in all our works.

Coming in to replace Halon Novec 1230 and FM200 are suppressant systems which suitable for almost all enclosures. Approved for use in normally occupied areas they are stored as liquid in pressurised containers and discharged as a gas through a piping network into the protected area. They work by cooling the area and only require a small footprint.

Fast and Clean suppressant agents based on blends of the naturally occurring Gases Argon, Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide, they are given the names IG-01, IG-100, IG-55 and IG-541 depending on the mix. They are approved for use in normally occupied areas and perfectly safe for human exposure and work by depleting the oxygen in a room to prevent fire burning whilst still allowing people to breathe.

Utilising both Inert and Chemical gases provides a self-actuating fire suppressant system that does not require an external power supply. Delivered from and flexible linear heat detection tubing that can be applied to almost any object regardless of size making it perfect for electrical panels and other machinery risks

Manufactured by FirePro, the potassium salt substance is released into an area upon activation transforming it into a rapidly expanding fire suppressant aerosol. Working by interrupting the chemical chain reactions which cause combustion it suppresses a fire without depleting oxygen making them suitable for normally occupied areas.
