To support the existing Projects/Service/Camerfield Buying team on a day to day basis contacting suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Keeping detailed records, inputting orders, managing invoices and other relevant associated duties. You may also be required to assist within the stores/warehouse as appropriate.

Typical Responsibilties
- Support and liaise with the Contracts and Site teams to ensure they obtain the products necessary to complete their works.
- To enthusiastically take on new tasks under the supervision of senior staff.
- Contacting suppliers to obtain cross-quotations for products to ensure we are purchasing the best products at the best price.
- Managing and agreeing delivery times with suppliers.
- Identifying new potential suppliers and products.
- Keeping detailed records of all purchases via purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices etc.
- Ensuring all products purchased comply with our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards.
- Resolving disputes and account queries between suppliers and the company.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
