Contract Sales Co-Ordinator

Location: Nelson

We are looking for an organised, confident, motivated individual to join our Contract Sales team based within our busy Customer Services Department. 

Duties include chasing order renewals, maintaining existing contract agreements contacting & liaising with new customers and processing orders.

Candidates must have excellent organisational skills. An excellent and confident telephone manner and previous telephone experience is also essential. Applicants must have previous experience working in a busy office environment, balancing administrative duties whilst responding to telephone and email queries.  Candidates must be able to use their own initiative, be able to work under pressure and have the ability to meet deadlines.

Only applicants with the relevant skills and experience will be considered. 

Minimum 37.5 hour week, Monday - Friday with Flexi-time. Salary dependent on experience.

Small Works Installation Assistant

Location: Fareham

We are looking for Installation Assistants to work for our Small Works department. The successful applicant will assist engineers working with Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, CCTV, Door Access and other associated systems. Applicants would be expected to work locally and occasionally throughout sites in the U.K.

A full, valid driving licence is an essential requirement. Experience in fire alarm systems would be an advantage but not essential.

This is a permanent position. Rates of pay will be in accordance with the national agreement.

Fire Alarm Design Estimator

Location: Swanley

We are currently looking for a Fire Alarm Design Estimator to prepare layout designs for Fire Alarms and associated systems. The successful candidate will work on cost preparation and presentation of quotations to clients. Experience of working in a similar design role is essential. 

Good IT skills and a familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential. A working knowledge of Fire Alarms and current National Security Inspectorate requirements are a distinct advantage. 

Whilst not essential, an Electrical based qualification such as BTEC or ONC would be advantageous. 

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. A company vehicle will be provided for which a full, valid driving licence is essential. Salary dependant on experience.
