Technical Lead (Production – Test Department)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Lead in our Test department. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical background in electronics, a comprehensive understanding of electronic diagnostics, and hands-on management experience. You will be responsible for managing daily technical operations, overseeing team productivity, and ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards.

Typical Responsibilties
- Lead and manage a team of electronics technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient technical operations.
- Oversee electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring top-quality standards.
- Conduct and manage risk assessments, including PUWER and COSHH, in alignment with health and safety requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety standards, creating a safe working environment for all team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all technical activities, aligning with company protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing coaching and development support to technical apprentices.
