Typical Responsibilties
- Being an active member of the service management team.
- Be expected to know your company’s products and policies and be able to communicate it effectively to other members of staff.
- Help build positive customer relations to meet client expectations and lead by example.
- Account Management.
- Manage and coordinate Account Clients and works undertaken.
- Site surveys for both PPM and reactive works.
- Manage Account KPI's and SLA’s.
- Completion of tender and bid documentation.
- Contract mobilization.
- Developing client relationship.
- Development of service contracts and new service business.
- Proactive approach in identifying potential system upgrade and enhancements..
- Generating service quotations.
- Managing account queries for assigned accounts.
- Financial reporting.
- Management of client accounts and liaising with credit control to ensure that key client accounts are successfully managed and prevented accounts from being placed on stop.
- To effectively manage regular maintenance and commissioning meeting whilst liaising with clients and other departments.
- Hold regular meetings with the Team Manager, Engineering Managers and Service Director.
- Any other duties commensurate with your position.
