Assembly and Soldering Operative
Working within our Production Facility we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler and Solderer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing small electronic or mechanical components in batch quantities. This position requires a high level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise assembly instructions and technical schematics.

Typical Responsibilities
- Assemble small components (electronic or mechanical) according to work instructions or samples.
- Perform hand soldering of through-hole components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.
- Use tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, microscopes and small hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols.
- Complete production documentation as required.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
