Junior Engineer - Insourcing & Industrialisation

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career engineer to kick-start their professional journey. Working closely with and reporting directly to our Project Lead, you will play an active role in supporting manufacturing line ramp-ups, production transfers, and industrialization projects (including insourcing activities). You will gain hands-on experience in modern manufacturing strategies, lean production methodologies, and international project collaboration

Typical Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist the Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing the transfer, relocation, and industrialization of manufacturing lines.
Line Ramp-Ups: Support the physical and technical setup, commissioning, and ramp-up phases of new production lines.
Lean Manufacturing: Actively contribute to the design and optimization of line layouts using Lean Production principles (such as 5S and lean line design) to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Documentation & Coordination: Help prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and project reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate tasks and maintain close communication with interface departments such as Quality, Logistics, and Purchasing.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively within the engineering team to solve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
