Six Months With Our Apprentices

We are now six months into the academic year. The seven new apprentices that joined us back in September have had time to settle at Protec and get used to working and college life. In this blog we’ll catch up and see how they are finding their roles in the company and the industry and their long-term plans with us. To find out what they had to say, read on.

Engineering Apprentice

It’s exciting times at Protec as we are starting to expand on the areas where we take apprentices; what was once aimed at young engineers now stretches across the business in the hope of attracting and nurturing young talent in aid of plugging the skills gap across the construction and engineering industry. We have been in touch with a few apprentices throughout the business and asked them how they are finding their role.
