Trainee Graphics and CAD Technician

To work within our technical drawing team, specifically working with AutoCAD and inhouse graphics software to produce contract drawings and graphical system maps. You will work closely with graphics technical lead.

Typical Responsibilties

  • To become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
  • To represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
  • To always maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
  • To ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored, and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
  • Following training, responsible for the preparation of detailed graphical maps for our Hercules Graphics system
  • Following training, responsible for the preparation of detailed system drawings for our project teams using AutoCAD.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.
