2023 Festive Closure
The holidays are almost here, which means our annual shutdown. Our office hours change, running reduced customer service hours over the festive period. But don’t worry, the company still runs its 24 hours a day 365 callout service. For more information on the days and times, please see below:

Service and Maintenance
Our service and maintenance lines will be open over Christmas but at limited days and times. These are as follows:

| Thursday 28th December | 9.00 am to 5.00 pm |

| Monday 1st January | Closed |
| Tuesday 2nd January | Normal working hours commence |

Sales and Customer orders
Our warehouse and production facility will close on Friday, 22nd December 2023 and reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.
Last orders for overnight and next-day deliveries should be placed on or before 2pm on Thursday, 21st December, to ensure your delivery is on time. For any order which is forecast to take longer, these will arrive in the new year.
