The 6000PLUS OP S interactive addressable high performance optical smoke sensor delivers efficient, reliable detection using the light scatter sensing principle, providing a rapid response to fire conditions.

Intelligent sensor data is continuously analysed by the Protec Algo Tec 6000PLUS interactive programmable algorithms, engineered to provide maximum sensitivity to smoke detection while maintaining high resistance to false alarms caused by high air velocity, insects, dust and RF interference.

Providing early warning of fire conditions, particularly in slow burning fires, the 6000PLUS OP S is an ideal general purpose smoke sensor for offices, shops, corridors, factories, warehouses and computer rooms.

Integrated Sensor Sounder

The Protec Algo Tec 6000PLUS OP S sensor is equipped with an integrated loop powered electronic sounder, offering three programmable tone options: constant, pulse or warble, selectable via the control panel. Adjustable volume control allows the output to be tailored to suit the environment.

A loop short circuit isolator is also incorporated within the sensor head, enhancing system resilience. The sounder tones are fully compatible with the complete range of Protec 6000 electronic sounders, ensuring seamless integration across the system.
